Here you can see the Q of the hospital (5). That means you can gain 50 health if your currrent health is 50 or less. All you have to do is press on the hospital sign 5 times (if it was Q3 you could press it 3 times, etc.)

Tips
Speed. You must use the hospital as quick as you can because hospitals have limited health offer and many players like you wish to use it.
The moment the round starts you should press at the hospital sign immediately because it could only last for a few seconds.
Health limit. Hospitals give you extra health regardless of the health you recovered so far with food. If you have 200 health to recover , hospital can give you 50 more for free!
