找到CNY贬值的原因了

两个月前现任行长接手时
有CNY现金6万多

接手后从国库收到96万CNY
合计 102万CNY
目前央行剩余不到23万CNY

前一个月没有太多CNY放出，
也就是说
在最近短短一个月内有超过70万CNY放出到市场上
EC就那么点人，汇市突然多出这么多CNY的结果大家都看到了

不能啥问题都往无头鸡身上推
作为央行还是有责任维护汇市稳定
cest可以说就是被一群SB拿这个问题搞死的

此任央行上任之初即发表声明，完全不干预汇市
不干预没事，但是说着不干预，暗地扔出80万CNY是怎么回事？
