You know, if we keep Delaware, we can raise another 58 Gold and have yet another TW.
Show your displeasure for the current economic situation by fighting red.

If we lose Delaware, then the only other option is to attack someone else, since we are no longer paying into someone else's TW.
Thats why an independent group took it upon themselves to give canadians somewhere to fight and the well run govt did not.
58.5 gold a pittance to the govt but a fortune to independent players.
Personally I think myself and Tem should be refunded our gold for doing the govts job.

Rylde, I was happy to contribute gold to you to fund a resistance war as a training battle, but I'd like to remind you that we hold Delaware for the US at their request. Unless the US asks us to return it, I think the responsible thing for you is to request players fight Green.

Rylde, US 2-clickers are not going to be fighting this battle unless they move to Canada, which most won't, since they have their own battle in which they can fight. The territory is in our hands, only players in Canada can fight in this resistance war. Which is why again, it's better to request that everyone fight Green.

Hey, if the next President refunds my gold that would be the decent thing to do. After all, we're always told to hold our fights until the last log-in, but if Rylde and I hadn't funded this RW, many Canadians would have been left with nowhere to fight.
The arguments about Delaware being strategic are now moot. The UK has signed a peace treaty, so we don't have to worry about them attacking the eastern US
I think that The Rydle did something good here in starting this training war, else i would have not a place to use my 1 weapon and then procede to punch out 4 people.

Strategy aside, TemujinBC, if we're doing the US a favour holding Delaware for them, the least we can do is ask them if they want it back before we start a resistance war and try to make that happen.
And the China/Philippines training war is back up, so in a few hours Canadians would indeed have a battle in which to fight.

AR1ARX, last night there was no war for Canadians to fight in. I would have missed out on 10exp if not for the RW. Worth 60 gold? Maybe not for me, since I'm already an FM. But there were plenty of other non FM's who fought before server reset and I am certain they appreciated getting closer to ranking and levelling up.
And if any American citizen in government has any problem with this, they are certainly welcome to express them. Since Delaware no longer has strategic value, I'd be interested in finding out why they would be upset by this RW.
When the President of Canada or future president of Canada refunds me and Tems gold for paying for this mission will i request we fight green.
Till then lets see a sea of red. Proceeds of the refund will go towards CTO which did not pay one CAD for this.
Me and Tem have debated this for a few days now and i thank him for letting me start it.
