basically generous people donate food and money, and nhs staff check exp growth of our patients daily and dish food out.

2. Kravenn's Grocery
helps youngsters buy more food at cheaper prices. http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/2397639
3. weps from your mu
some mu's have commune jobs where you work in an mu factory and receive very generous supplies. I suggest that you join one of these mu's and get a commune job: Free British Irregulars http://www.erepublik.com/en/main/group-show/2211 ; Royal Navy http://www.erepublik.com/en/main/group-show/292 and rank up rewards;
Red coats give rewards for medals instead and also a 50cc job http://www.erepublik.com/en/main/group-show/2162

5. Save your gold - then upgrade training grounds
Most of us fight. Every 250 str that you gain, you get 5 gold reward. Once you have fully upgraded training grounds, buy a pro training contract. Then you will find that you get 5 gold quite regularly and I virtually pays for the next training contract.
discounts about upgrade training grounds and companies (-45
😵often arrive on the beginning of each month (most of the time, the Tuesday around the 5th of the month)
info on training ground upgrades and contracts: http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/2390857
6. Save your gold - and wait for the sales
Offers comes very often giving discounts on training ground upgrades etc. Save your gold and wait for these sales.
7. Work and train everyday
Working 30 days in a row gets you 5 gold reward. Train makes you stron, good for battles, but every 250 str = 5 gold.
8. Upgrade your free training ground first
Train better for free!
9. Do your 25 fights and save your energy bars
Save your energy bars. Every so often there are special events where you might need some extra firepower. Also if you want to win a battle or campaign hero medal you will need lots of these.
10. nhs mentoring scheme - eBrit Uni
Young UK players can enrol on the nhs's mentoring scheme http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/2402697

Just to add that discounts about upgrade training grounds and companies (-45😵 often arrive on the beginning of each month (most of the the time, the tuesday around the 5th of the month)
Great article, I also recommend adding info on discounts, it's a vital thing, beside training and collecting gold.
There are also discounts on EC purchase, once or twice per year, a must have for future fighters, along with discount on raw factories, key thing if someone wants to invest in raw producing.
Some nice advice there
nice. Only thing I'd change is to make MU names and links appear on different rows: currently MU name is placed on the same row as previous MU's link, which is a bit confusing.

Pretty good piece of advice... Best regards for the National Health Service (NHS)!
My short tips would be:
- Train and Work on a daily basis. During early stages, do NOT train in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th training grounds.
- Do NOT take the "train & work" bonus on your homepage.
- Don't spend your gold on rubbish. You will need it to upgrade your training grounds. Upgrade them ONLY during discount periods.
- Join an already established military unit and ask questions regarding what they offer.
- Do your daily order (25 kills in a designated battle) and take the reward from your homepage.
- Read the press at least once in a couple of days.
- Join the chats and start making friends and acquaintances.
- Don't hesitate do ask questions.
- Have fun!
Best regards,

"- Do NOT take the "train & work" bonus on your homepage."
I gotta ask, why shouldn't people do this?
Because the experience and strength you get from the bonus are not worth it. You would level up faster and the extra strength is insignificant.
1 experience = 1 strength point? I think not.
Currently, the only bonus that is worth taking is the one from the Daily Order (the bazooka and energy bar).
Ah, i see.
It's only insignificant in the short term... Every 5 days that's 9 more strength, that's 657 strength per year.
Massacar, on long term you would join Div2 with a significant less strength if you would take that bonus.
It's just a tip though, everyone is free to do as they please.

Great article, just wanted to add that the Red Coats also offer a 50cc job or tanks/food whatever preferred/agreed with the commander you work for. We also need a new updated article...
Is there no longer a mentoring program? I done that a few months back and think it worked ok.
There is a mentoring programme - it's called eBrit University. The link is up there...
ooopps, I clearly skipped the last bit...
