War Breaks Out In Africa
Desertfalcon
Pretoria, South Africa- Currently the only nation from Africa represented in the game South Africa has long been a target for annexation by larger nations. Today it appears that their moment of truth will soon arrive as Indonesia has finally decided they should just invade South Africa head on rather then try and take it over through the voting booth. South Africa was a hot spot about a month and a half ago when people from both Sweden and Indonesia were urged to move there to prevent one side from gaining too much power as both Sweden and Indonesia wanted to control the African nation.
However South Africa soon signed a mutual protection pact with Indonesia and things have died down about until now. With only a little over a hundred people living in South Africa their defense will probably be launched from the U.S. due to one of the U.S.'s many mutual protection pacts. Along with the U.S. two other members of the Americas bloc will join in the fight, Argentina and Venezuela.
Despite what you may think Argentina and Venezuela both have good size army's with each one in the top twenty and both have a military score of about 1/5 that of Indonesia's. Combine that with the U.S. military force and you have a close war on paper. The real test will be whether or not the South American countries have enough active citizens. Since no country from South America has been involved in a war to date we will for the first time see them take the battlefield. Most of their troops should be fresh but we will have to wait and see how active their citizens are.
On the other hand the U.S. military is getting worn down. In the past three wars they have been involved in all of them and by now their wellness and weapons supplies are starting to run low. The president has called for a reduction in the import tax of weapons in hopes of luring more imports to fuel the war but after defending Poland and the Czech Republic few soldiers will be at 100% wellness like the ones in South America. It is likely though that those troops in South America move to the U.S. in search of hospitals. For all you people planing on moving here I will tell you that the best one is a Q4 hospital and that it is located in Austin,Texas.
Another ally for South Africa who does not officially exist anymore is Australia. If the former Australians band up they still make a formidable adversary for Indonesia and if Indonesia gets beat up enough in the war it just makes things easier for them once the fight for freedom module is released. No decrees from presidents of nations of the Scandinavian or Mediterranean alliance have been made yet but one thing can be assured, South Africa will not be a push over. The winner of this war will be the one who brings in more allies and who has more of the the three things needed for war, Money, money, and more money.
More to come as the situation develops.

I sent a message to the president of Brazil thetime when I was getting protectionopacts due to the indinesian prussure, though \"Ed\" havent even read that message yet. I guess that says something about south americas participation 😛
I would not take that as a measure of their activity since it is only one person. Given it is their president but there are still a lot of active people.
In the voting for the last gen elections this was the percentage of people voting
U.S.- 18.72
Arg- 16.40%
Ven- 27.00%
Ind- 21.30
Bra- 16.54% (not in the war but shown for comparison)
I think they will be active enough
Indonesia will win this one easily.
South America lacks participation and the Americans are just way too weak from fighting three wars. Though the Indis are green, they are well armed, rich and patriotic. Expect this to be a quick war.
You are counting out the south American countries though. They are not that weak and the U.S. did not fight that much in the polish wars.
You\'ll see my friend. I know these things.
@Banach: I am actually surprised to see that you\'re not in this one. You always seemed to \"fight for the little guy\" yet for the last two you have bowed out.
And I think even you\'ll be surprised at the support South Africa will get.
@banach
New citizens today
U.S. 62
Indonesia: 21
The U.S. is getting fresh soldiers and there is great support for South Africa.
Lot of people who Indonesia conquered (wasn\'t here before it happened), are joining US to fight back. Expect more numbers.
Indonesians will not be the only ones participating in the offensive..
Mitchell the numbers say different.
I\'ll hint you in on a little thing, buddy.
Desert-What country has a God Emperor and loves sand?
Guess who they will fight for?
Yes.
@Dish-You\'re right, but I WAS in Poland for a bit, helped them out. I did not participate in the Hungarian-Czech war as we had our own detachment of Rangers going, I\'m regaining wellness and doing ministerial duties.
As I said, good luck.
This might change the fate of the world.
Yes Banach, but your analysis forgets one important detail: where the sand goes, the snow is sure to follow. If Pakistan comes to the aid of indonesia, I for one would not be surprised if Sweden and Norway, as well as their proxies, deployed troops to assist South Africa. Remember it was the site of a significant cold war between Indonesia and Sweden. We have yet to see if the scandinavians have decided to let Indonesia march on in by force.
Yes, South Africa may end up playing the role of the ugly girl to Indonesia\'s drunken fratboy; but with sufficient international involvement this war could also be the flashpoint many had been anticipating, or a protracted war of attrition.
England Prevails!
n don\'t forget about, the indonesian people in SA.
@Banach- How did pakistans support play out when they backed the U.S. and then Germany.
Thanks for the participation in this war.
We hope this will bring good relationship between countries, we still consider USA and other Pan American as Indonesian friend anyway.
The best part of this war is when we saw how Venezuelan and Argentinian preparing for the best from their countries against this challenge, since never before South Americans face a war in their proximity.
Lol isnu, you get me every time, i\'m always \"STUPID INDONESIANS\" and then you start your propaganda and i\'m all \"awww they\'re not so bad\" and forget YOU TOOK MY LAND.
@Adam Sutler
\"where the sand goes, the snow is sure to follow\"
Sweden sure did some impressive fighting during the Alpinewar and the latest Czech war...
Swedes will fight the oppressors whereever they might go,
so should the rest of the eWorld to!
(I know lots of people will stand up for the little man)
