A bit later then intended because of the war and government transition but here is the third Congress report. All debates can still be found here and are accessible to anyone with a citizen mask. Your participation is encouraged.

New Citizen Programs

Several proposals were voted to give citizens a chance to improve their strength. Now you can request a loan to upgrade your Q1 training centers to Q2. You can also ask for money/gold so you can use all your training facilities. Check the forum for more details

New Justice

Maryam Q was voted as the new Supreme Court Justice. A spot opened up when Kylero's term ended. Congratulations.

War Funds

Congress made 100000 BEF available to help the war efforts against the Dutch. An additional clause was voted asking the CP Goopypants to take firmer action and communicate better about the war. Currently a vote is running for additional daily funding.

Army Review

The biggest debate right now is about the eBelgian Military. Both Congress, citizens and government are looking for a new way to organise the military. There are now several citizens who have stepped up and declared they are willing to become General and/or Supplies Officers.
