The struggle for freedom is what empowers people to fight.

The Bolsheviks did not think how many votes we are going to get this election. The Bolsheviks thought how are we going to fight for freedom and liberate the oppressed.

Mao Zedong did not think liberalism was the answer and that they should peacefully push reform. Mao Zedong though how will I fight the radical struggle and lead my armies to destroy the Kuomintang.

Liberalism is not what we need we need Revolution.
