The 300 - Squad Details

I've seen many questions about the squads. It's a simple concept, really.
The 300 will consist of 300 soldiers, plus me.
These soldiers will be divided into 10 squads, consisting of 29+1 soldiers.
The "+1" soldier will be the squad leader, usually a veteran with experience. His job is to keep the soldiers organized and give them orders.
One squad will have 5 defenders and 20 attackers. There will also be 5 medics, which can defend or attack, depending on the situation. The medics should always carry a stock of high quality gifts with them.
This is the basic concept. The squad system will make it a whole lot easier for me, especially if we need to act as mercenaries sometime, or help an ally.
The squads will also specialize in different areas and have their own name and emblem, chosen by the squad leader.
That's it. Now keep signing up, and don't forget to tell me if you are a company owner (newspapers don't count, unless you REALLY don't want to sell them in an emergency) or have over 5.5 in strength.

I have 5.62 strenght but I rather be a veteran warrior that everyone who meets him asks \"why isn\'t he the squad leader, he\'s so badass\" and then another guy answers with a grim voice \"he had his squad killed in a swedish ambush and after that he vowed not to lead anyone until he avenged his squads death\". I could also have a cool tattoo and a bandana with the colours of Pakistan.

I have fought the Slovak until blood ran from my clickan finger, but with a menial 4.75 strength I fear I would not be considered mighty enough to lead anyone.
BUT SERVING GREAT NATION PAKISTAN IN ANY ROLE SHOULD BE ENOUGH GLORY FOR ANYONE
The medic should at least get the honour of being paid for his job.
Handing out medpacks all the time can leave a sightly dent in their pocket.
Will the person who is healed be forced to pay for the cost as an act of good will or must the medics purchase medpacks themselves?
Bare in mind that the cost is 3PK for 3 wellness, 29 soldiers who will obviously get quite wounded very quickly.
The cost adds up Dio.
There needs to be some sort of reimbursement plan for the medics otherwise the cost of the war will spiral into the pockets of its citizens, rather than its government.
Also, wouldn\'t it just be wiser to attack as 1 rather than many? Strength in numbers or Divide and Conquer, Dio?

Zhector, we will give the Squad Leader money for provisions, of course. This kind of strategy wouldn\'t work as well as it will if wasn\'t for the government we have here today. Of course, we have the people of our country to thank for that.

I believe I am up to the task of leading 29. Someone\'s gotta order the medics to keep gifting and someone\'s got to PM the stragglers of the 29 to get their sandy asses into the battle zone. I\'m that man.

Can we request squad leaders or the job of medic? I don\'t who I would request but I thought I\'d ask. I like the sound of being a medic. My meager 4.66 Strength shames me so.

He right. At one point I got caught off balance while tearing off a Slovak\'s arm, but Yakk was there to hold me up and stuff sand in my bullet holes.

If we can apply for the position of Medic I\'d like to do so. I already have over a dozen Q3 health packs ready for my Paki brothers as well as a few sand bazookas to help on the battlefront.

Remember, Company Owners, you all are just as important to the Pakistani peace machine as any member of the 300 is!
