Ronisu for eIrish President - The Ideas
Ronisu
eIreland,
I put in a lot of serious thought about this election, and that is the reason for the late Candidate Article. I do hope you all realize that my past articles also make up a large portion of my hopes as CP.
If elected CP, I hope to facilitate several large discussions in this country and go about setting our goals as a nation. We cannot truly set our future without knowing what our aims are, and we cannot know what our aims as a people are without having a conversation of all of us. Also, to aid in this, my Government will not be issuing Vote Orders, but attempt to provide people will all the facts necessary to make their own decisions.
My Administration will be founded on the core foundation of Communication. Past administrations have been focused on internal communication with semi-regular communication to the community. I plan to alter that by adding the expectation that each ministry put out a reasonable number of articles every week. If you do not want to read them, that is fine, but no more should we tolerate the questions of "where are our ministers" or "what is our government doing," but instead we will make an effort to meet the standard of passing along all possible data to the People.
Through this end I am creating several positions to help in the collection and distribution of information. First and foremost I plan to create a Press Secretary, which will coordinate the articles of all the Ministries. Second, I am creating two new positions, Immigration and Information, both of which will be data gathering positions. The Immigration Service will focus on gathering information on citizenship applications and collecting other details to make eIreland aware of migration patterns. It is my hope that this position will work with the Dail to streamline and inform the citizenship process. The Information position will focus on the collection of details on eIrish citizens through polling and trend analysis. Through this we can better keep our fingers on the pulse of eIreland, and the government may act more according to the will of the people. Ultimately, all that is a complex way of saying: We are going to gather a bunch of information in order to better help all the Ministers serve the nation better.
The Ministry of Community will be tasked with several missions from the get-go. First, we'll be setting up social media pages, and while not my specialty, I have received several requests for that sort of thing. Second, there are several marketing strategies in the plans to promote the possibility of a Baby Boom. Lastly, an easy to access and central forum will be available, with parts of the MoC organizing several events there regularly to promote use.
In addition to the new positions above, I am adding a Ministry of Scottish Affairs, in an attempt to expand the draw of eIreland. We can only benefit by welcoming our not too distant Celtic Brothers to join our community, and to embrace those already among us. This ministry will mostly work with the Minister of Community and focus on creating events, articles of interest, and promoting the Scottish community within our borders.
My Administration is also about learning. When I present my Cabinet later, you will see some new names gracing the pages. My Cabinet will consist of a wide array of balancing figures from many aspects of eIrish society, but most of all, I am bringing in several young eIrish in the hopes that they can demonstrate their abilities. None of these people are being placed in sensitive or vital positions, but will be surrounded by experienced voices who can show them the way, and increase the talent pool we have in our great nation.
Many of the other key issues, such as when we pursue a war, and our status in EDEN will have to be answered through a serious discussion. It is my belief that there is a path out for eIreland and it may even be something that is yet revealed, but we can make a wise decision together.
We have a great deal to continue to talk about eIreland, and you can expect more articles from me over the next couple of days while we march towards election day. I thank you for hearing my words and hope to share more with you in the next day.
Thanks,
Ronisu

Excellent ideas - good to build up the Scottish thread.

Ministry of Scottish Affairs is a great addition to our government and will hopefully bring further cooperation between you Irish and us Scotch.
