The group IBERICA INVERSIONES (IBC) announced an IPO:
Buy IBC´s shares at 0.122gold per share, until November 29 in our IPO for expansion. The new shares of the expansion will be given on December 1. The gold obtained from the sale of shares of the extension, will be invested in the group so it will not affect the value of the shares of the Org.
We make a public offering of shares for new shareholders, and to increase the investments of our existing investors. The aim of enlargement is to assume a merger and increase the size of opening new business group with total enlargement.
It will sell shares in IPO in 0122 golds each, 4% cheaper than the price of today, 20% cheaper on the actual value of the group, and no fees. He will push all the shares you purchased your ERX account from December 1.
The IPO is limited to 3742shares. If that demand is exceeded there is a margin of 20% to close operations.

El grupo IBERICA INVERSIONES (IBC) anuncia una OPV:
Compra acciones de IBC a 0.122gold por accion, hasta el 29 de Noviembre en nuestra OPV para ampliacion de capital. Las nuevas acciones se entregaran el 1 de Diciembre. El gold conseguido de la venta de acciones de la ampliacion, se invertira en el grupo por lo que no afectara al valor de las acciones de la Org.
Hacemos una oferta pública de venta de acciones para los nuevos accionistas, y para aumentar las inversiones de nuestros actuales inversores. El objetivo de la ampliación es asumir una fusión y aumentar el tamaño del grupo abriendo nuevos negocios con el total de la ampliación.
Se venderán las acciones en OPV a 0.122 golds cada una, 4% más baratas que la cotización de hoy, un 20% mas baratas sobre el valor real del grupo, y sin comisiones. Le traspasaremos todas las acciones que haya adquirido a su cuenta de ERX partir del día 1 de Diciembre.
La OPV se limitara a 3742 acciones. Si se superara esa demanda se da un margen de un 20% para cerrar las operaciones.
¿Cómo Adquirir esta ampliacion?
Si quiere ser parte del grupo de inversionistas IBC debe enviar un mensaje y poner en el título de cuántas acciones vaya a comprar y donar el equivalente en oro a la misma org IBERICA INVERSIONES http://economy.erepublik.com/en/accounts/3067706 . First because the ampliation is for increase the valeu of the group and the exiting shares will maintain them value certifiqued. (certified value of the group before the extension / number of shares before the extension) = (certified value after the expansion / number of shares after the expansion) = 0.1309 per share . Like explain the rules for the certifiqued companies of ERX.

En primer lugar porque la ampliación es para aumentar el valor del grupo y las acciones nuevas mantendran el valor certificado.
Es decir, (valor certificado del grupo antes de la ampliacion/numero de acciones antes de la ampliacion)😞valor certificado despues de la ampliacion/numero de acciones despues de la ampliacion)= 0.1309 por accion
Como especifica las reglas para las compañias certificadas por ERX.
