New citizen fee

When i try to donate 10000 INR to the bank it tells:

Please propose a sum that will let in the country budget a sum equal to cover the Citizen fee costs for 500 new citizens in your country.

So we have to change the citizen fee (100 is too high for new citizens). I think 15-20 will be good.

Anyone can propose it?

so it will take 24 ore to lower the citizen fee and another 24 to see some inr on the monetary market... crap!

It is very necessary to change this, I hope that every thinking congressmen are "fine" before voting.
