That's MOO! MOO is an awesome party, I started there about a month or two after it started, and I never wanna leave.

I'm going to stay there until I'm as powerful as Romper. And when I'm as powerful as Romper, I'm going stay in MOO. Even if I am that powerful and my level is level 60!

MOO will give you loans and be there when you want to run for CP or Congress. We are almost number 3 in the top 5 parties. We're full speed ahead and we're gonna stay full speed ahead until we are number 1!

They also have an MU, called Captains of Industry. If you don't have one already, I advise that you join CoI. They push for self-supplying, so they only give weapons. I think that's cool and it will make eCanada's military better. They'll soon have a long line of super soldiers!
