No one votes for even MOD article, I have a regimental thread n all active regimental members are on it. Most of them are not active on regular basis, some are two clickers and some just log in when they like. We have to make them get into some kind of interaction. Some might not be willing to do all this, just like us not willing to go to polling booth to vote.
What should we do? I say we bribe them and make them do these things, just taking a leaf out of Indian politics 😉
I am glad that my regimental members have gave me a positive response and Shifu Kaali has started to post on MU thread on daily basis, thank you all, thanks to u too my supposed to be mentor, Neeraj 😛
07, THE TIGERS!
I propose we give 1 Q4 or Q5 wep and food to each of the regimental member who comments on MOD articles or articles we decide are of importance like a NAP article with Canada mentioning their regiment.
There must be a strength limit for this and I think of providing this incentive in three stages
strength
NOTE : All food and weps quantity and quality are suggestive, not final.
0 - 2000, 30 Q3 food (180 energy)
2 – 5000, 20 food (120 energy)
5 – 10,000 5 wep Q5
Further we can provide 50 Q3 food = 300 energy and 1 q7 per week to member in each and every regiment who provide us proof (like screen shot at start n end of week) that they have increased their strength (level decided by strength at start of week)
Inc. in str Strength level
25(5 days lvl 1 tc) 0 - 500 strength
40 501 - 100
60 1000 - 1500
80 1500 - 2000
100 2000 – 2600
All this work can be done once a week by the concerned regimental captains of IAF and other MU’s subject to discretion of the corresponding Commanders.
I hope it will drive up newbie retention, it will also increase work load on Regimental captains and we may to think of some incentive for them to do all this work.
I propose to provide them with 100 Q4 Food (800 energy) and 10 Q7 every month end when satisfied with their work in dispatch.
Food n weps in this level will give members an incentive to participate in the community, the aim is not just to retain them but also blend them into community. As we see every new member will add his/her own flavour to the community thus will bring more enjoyment which we are missing seriously.
Once a person starts to read articles, they will automatically start to respond and develop a sense of belonging to the community here.

good idea, but forget about weps less than q7, dispatch only q7. if u can give me a rough idea about weps needed per week for this then maybe i can arrange it.

Ah, this is basically aimed at IAF MU, I do not have any idea if other MU's have dispatch and if their commanders will accept this... I should try talking to them I guess
If you want to make them soldiers, be sure they have always the the back pack ready and them are ready to go and hit. Not just hit.
Make some mandatory task, like we all move somewhere and do ... that (fighting too, but some other task s too). I m sure you are imaginative enough.

🙂 remember the great teacher of the Pandavas and Kauravas. He chose to have some action.
Take the men s, with a good purpouse (like making them famous, as a group of good fighters - the Hind Sher), make friends and relations, eventualy get some land overseas.
Seems it is hard to have a country but HEY, to have fun there are so many ways (sky is the limit of that kind of imagination).
I m also sure the Research Wing could develop further this idea 😃
