A good economic Plan

Well hello everyone,Parth here.I am here to propose a plan that helps to stabilize the current situation of eIndia.Many newbies do not have really high paying jobs and the tax does not help.The last time our tax was revised was when average incomes were 16 inr. Trust me my gross income was 27 inr. This plan supports the development of BPL eIndians.Many plans were made to help the BPL personnel but they were always halted by other debates.Well the government has to consider that if a personnel can't even buy 1 q7 weapon while I am buying 10 that really newbies need a strong base.I propose that eIndians below poverty line get an income tax refund which at least allows them to buy 2 q7 weapons.This is the stuff we should use the money raised by the YUUVA fundraiser.I know due to glitch I am not technically on Congress but I was on the list and I have been a part of Congress discussions.Croatia has been on the defensive for some time and Pakistan and BH are not real threats.If we can implement this policy then a baby boom makes sense.This might even increase our chances to get into CoT as our population increases.
