[MoSC] Want a Q1 House for 1 BEF?

Day 971, 19:47 Published in Belgium Belgium by eBelgian Foreign Affairs

Hello Citizens of eBelgium,

The Ministry of Home Affairs and the Ministry of State Companies is please to announce the third official Q1 House Auction!

Previous winners:
Kabouter_wesley - Winning Bid 93 BEF
Drennel - Winnig Bid 37 BEF

The goal is to give a young citizen a chance to buy a very cheap Q1 House!

Here's how you play:

- You must be a Citizens of Belgium, level 16 or under (no Organisations allowed!)
- Bids must increment by 1 BEF or more (if the last bid was 100, you must bid at least 101)
- Place a bid in this auction by commenting in this article
- Unfortunately, previous winners are not allowed to participate. You can only use one house, it wouldn't be fair.

Bidding starts at 1 BEF

The rules:

1. Auction closes when day change to Day 974 occurs - this means that you can bid right up until 23:59 (eRep time) on Day 973.
2. Only Citizens of Belgium, level 16 or under, may participate
3. Bids must increment by 1 BEF or more
4. If you bid when you were level 16 but turned level 17 by the time the auction ended, you will be disqualified
5. Your bid is disqualified if it doesn't meet the rules (ie you didn't increment by 1 from the last bid before you, etc). Any bids that do not meet the rules are ignored but the citizen may still make further bids in the auction as long as he/she is lvl 16 or less
6. The auction winner will be declared on Day 974. We will notify the contest winner by PM.
7. From the time the notification is sent, the winner has 72 hours to donate the winning bid amount to citizen.info. If winner does not make the donation within the allotted time, the next highest winning bid will be selected to be the auction winner. Every selected winner has 72 hours to make their donation before we select another winner.
8. citizen.info will donate a Q1 House to the auction winner once payment is received
9. Previous winners are not allowed to participate.

A House for only 1 BEF? Come on, it's practically free! Have fun!
