How the winner is determined

This is the last line of code for a picture. The next number before the '&' sign is the number that will win the Q3 house.

Numbers will be issued to all comment that contain the words: I'm a subscriber

Example, the 1st person that writes I'm a subscriber becomes number 1, the second becomes number 2, and so the process continues.

The rest of the code and the winners name will be published in my new article.


What if the winner hasn't followed steps 1 and 2?


If the winner doesn't follow these steps, then the next number in the code wins.
