They don`t have clones for voting!
Because the winner needs to organize the next competition, and it costs ± 10 million € (± 1'320'000 $)...
I don't think the Federal council (our RL gov) has the project to spend all that money for nothing...
Without mentioning the fact that the people will have to be consulted (it takes ± 2 years) by popular initiative (if the people is against it) or by a referendum (if the gov and canton's gov want the opinion of the people)...
they could have asked the french minister of finance, Cahuzac, in exchange of their silence, money for organising the competition...
