[Elite C] Congress Policies
Elite C
Hey, With Congress Elections coming up, I think its important to make people aware of the policies I will implement if I was to be elected CP next month.
CONGRESS
Congress Leaders
• Each Political Party with representitives in Congress will nominate one Congress member each to act as a delegate for that Party’s Congress members.
• They will act as monitors and will ensure that members whom they are responsible for do not breach rules of Congress.
Open and Closed Debates
• Each debate within congress will be deemed by the CP and relevant Minister to be eligible or not for open access to the public.
o Eligibilty for Open Access means that the CP will release the main points of the debate to the public on a daily basis.
o Where a debate is not eligible for Open Access, only the resulting decision or vote from that debate will be made available to the public.
It also implies that Congress members may not make public any comments made by fellow Congress members in the closed debate.
Doing so is in breach of Congress Rules and subject to penalties here applicable.
Congress Rules
• The following will be prohibited within Congress:
o Activity deemed to be trolling
o Accepting CS without clearance from Council of Immigration
o Making public comments made by Congress members in a closed debate.
• Penalties will apply to Congress members who break these rules in the from of:
o Exclusion from Congress Debates both Open and Closed
o Exclusion from:
Tax Back System
Government Loans
Community Supplies
(Further details on these will follow in due course)
I will be looking for accountability and clarity in Congress and its proceedings.

Fascists are not going to lead my country!
You realise fascism is the far-right whereas I'm centre of centre-right?
An MoC blacklist? I'd drop that fairly lively if I were you.
Its not so much a blacklist as it an attempt at getting Congress members to have some accountability. I will admit that its not the best of ideas but in the absence of anything else it'll have to do. I will put it on the side for the moment and if I get elected will discuss it further with my government
MoC blacklist is a bad idea - agree with James here
Also - more details on the Council of Immigration please
As I said above, more info will come closer to the election, this article was released as the Congress elections are approaching
