Join the new world

Dear citizens of the Netherlands,

As some of you might have noticed already. I am running for country president. As 8 time country president I hope to serve you once more. Following the congressional elections where Democratisch Nederland did extremely well, our party felt like we needed to have a presidential candidate. In the end the honour was mine and we decided I should be the one running for office.






The Plans

As presidential candidate I'd like to share my plans with you. I hope this will give you as a voter an idea of what I'm trying to accomplish when elected and how I will invest our government budget.

The Flying Dutchman
I believe The flying Dutchman has been the most prominent government program in the past few months. With Janty F handing out financial subsidies to air pilots in order to stimulate activity and the increase of air ranks by individual players.

Next term I would allocate 70,000 NLG per week towards the Flying Dutchman totalling 280,000 NLG. This sum contains both the subsidy per kills and the rank subsidies. I estimate the distribution to be aproximately 40,000 NLG (kills) 30,000 NLG (ranking).

Ground support
As of this month I would like to introduce weekly ground support for a select number of fighters. Rules for this program as to be drafted during this term. However since the rules have not yet been drafted this month the government will select a number of people who will be given a ground support package.

The ground support packs will cost both 25,000 NLG and 200 Q7 weapons per week. Total expenditure for this project will be 100,000 NLG and 800 Q7 weapons.

Community manager
When elected I will also install a community manager. This person will be responsible for the activation of the community. He will do so by publishing articles and stimulating interaction. He will receive a weekly budget of 10,000 NLG totalling 40,000 NLG this term.

Media Project
As innitiator of the media project I will continue this program but on a slightly different note. Instead of handing our 1,000 NLG per quality article The government will only give away money to the top three articles published during the term. There will be 17,500 NLG available for prize money which may or may not increase through private donations.

First place receives 10,000 NLG
Second placee receives 5,000 NLG
Thrid place receives 2,500 NLG

As you can see the prizes are quite high so get your feather and ink pot ready and start writing some quality stuff!

Mutual Protection Pacts
I intent to renew the existing MPPs and possibly sign an additional MPP in the form of Iran with whom we have a concession deal. Iran is currently wiped by Turkey and I intent for the Netherlands to contribute to their liberation. These three MPPs come at a cost of 30,000 NLG.

Unforeseen
Any leftover budget will be invested in either the housing project in the form of Q2 house giveaways or a new innitiative.
