True Blue ~ what has it become?

When True Blue first started (originally known as WR in the UK) I had close contact with all my employees and rewarded them regularly for their loyalty to the company. As TB has expanded over the past months, I have seen it move away from this "family" type of company to a massive corporation that only communicates when needed. While this is a usual characteristic of being a larger corporation this is not what we, as True Blue, want to stand for. With this in mind we are yet again making another change, however this time it is on the internal operation of the company, its communication streams, and relationships with its employees. We are aiming for a competitive, but friendly community to consist of not only those who are managers, but also those who are our employees.
We have been gifting on a weekly basis (a big thank you must go to Irsh for his help), which many of you may know is a very expensive task. So to combat this on going cost we are going to implement the wellness raising program currently being run by World Brokerage Firm that has been a huge success. This will be co-ordinated and funded by True Blue allowing WBF to continue his work without a flood from our workers. On top of this over time we are going to be housing all our loyal workers, and assisting them in maintaining their wellness. These houses will remain property of TB and will be offered to employees while they work for us. This may take time as we have a current employee base of approximately 100 workers, so we will be prioritising the workers that will be getting housing first and at what quality.
On top of a massive wellness boost True Blue intends to increase the activity by making sub-section on the Aussie forums for the "True Blue family", this includes those who work in and own/manage a True Blue company. This will be setup to allow workers to become more familiar with not only their co-workers but also the managers, we will also hold competitions to win prizes like food and weapons. In doing this I hope to make True Blue a more enjoyable company to work for.
Best Regards
Corny-Ratbag on behalf of the True Blue Team (Corny-Ratbag, Cheeseball, Tim09 and loyal employees)

For those of you who have been waiting so patiently for the release of GM Records Online, I was halfway through development and Admin have called it off due to the fact I was not using the API. The reasoning for this is because they have done almost nothing with it in the last 6 months and what they have done for companies is almost useless to me. So I have decided I'm going to be making a V4 of the offline version, which will be released in the coming week. Sorry to let you down, Admin can be a pain some times, but its their job.

I love you corny 😉
Good article too.
It's fantastic to see people not only devising schemes to promote wellness and employee loyalty, but also getting citizens more involved through interaction with others.
This is what will keep people engaged and interested in eRep. Well done.
looks good, hope it works out 😃
Awesome Job True Blue, Lead the Way for eAustralia's Companies.
It's a great way to manage. WBF has both ends covered with OS wellness project followed up with housing program - the higher the lvl co - the higher the house.
That should make medicare obsolete
obsolete?
not really as the scheme isn't simple enough to be coordinated over a very large population
very nice article corny. will be interesting to watch its progress 🙂
sounds great. I have just become a TB employee and would like to feel part of some community, as of now my erepublik experience has been of the 2 click variety. I look forward to your project!
Great long term thinking corny. The only flaw I see is a house sitting in an inactive account and no way to get it back.
Do I get a house too? 🙂
@ Scorpion, that's why we ask them to return the house before they leave 😛
@ Icey - what for you to sell it 😛
Wish I could afford a house.
i don't have a house. do i need one?
omg i'm homeless! ahhhh Comrade Robb is a hobo....i smell charity!
