[FUPQ-20] Be as courageous as you can
Pfenix Quinn
The Free University of Phoenix Quinn is a service of the Socialist Freedom Party, a delightfully quirky, definitely quixotic, occasionally quiet and quite often joyous party of the left-anarchist trend situated in the e-USA.
This is lesson number 20 in a 20-part series on How to Combat Tyranny. (Yes, this is the last lecture. Thank you for playing!) The lessons have been loosely based on Tim Snyder's NYT best-seller, On Tyranny, and adapted to New World conditions by a little-known itinerant and homeless recluse, me: RF Williams.
If none of us is prepared to sacrifice for freedom, then all of us will suffer under tyranny.
===========
Next week, the long-awaited diplomas and titles will be doled out based on responses provided in the comment sections of Radio Free Dixie and Vanguardia Socialista. Participation counts. Indicate attendance by leaving a comment or endorsing the article. Higher honors will be awarded according to the degree of critical thinking, mindfulness and humor exhibited by responders.
Thanks again to all who have participated. Remember kids: Keep your neighborhood clean -- It's up to you to expose, oppose and dispose of the lowest most retrograde shit ideology to be found in your neighborhood!

Thanks for the series, I have read most of them and enjoyed it immensely. (Sorry I cut class a couple times teach, I had a war to attend, or my dog pooped on my homework, or, uh, something like that...) anyway, yeah, tyranny comes in many shapes and forms. Some is vey subtle and takes a while to recognize. It is most certainly often there right under our noses and needs to be ferreted out before it’s roots grow too deep.
Thanks again for the series PQ!

courage (n.)
c. 1300, from Old French corage (12c., Modern French courage) "heart, innermost feelings; temper," from Vulgar Latin *coraticum (source of Italian coraggio, Spanish coraje), from Latin cor "heart" (ffrom PIE root *kerd- "heart"). Words for "heart" also commonly are metaphors for inner strength. (Online Etymology Dictionary)
Be courageous, and follow your heart, but no what you are willing to sacrifice, and what you hope to gain from it.

I think it is a pleasure to work for freedom. You will find many friends everywhere and you will have a lot of excitement and fun. I don't want to sacrifice at all. It are others that can force me. If so I don't want to be a victim and I will fight back the best way I can. I can become really nasty when forced to do although I do hate that. I hope I am with a lot when needed again. 😉
