Time to move on indeed (just don't blame COT)!

This article will be a direct response to the wall of text published my the former Croatian president Thatcher/Arrlo/Obliterate - namely this one in which in a typical fashion he states and lists all the mistakes COT made, conveniently missing out on some small details.
First of all, this is not COT's fault alone. Anyone non-biased will admit it was as much EDEN and TWO's fault as COT's if not even more. Because EDEN (after the leaving of Bulgaria) chose to fight against Bulgaria every step of the way, in mindless battles which had absolutely no meaning. Just so they can punish "those traitorous lulgarians". And in the meantime lost its vision and way. And most of the EDEN countries were obliterated. Dare you oppose this? I don't think anyone sane can.
So some of the EDEN former states chose the easy way out - and joined TWO. Which is not to blame - of course they are victors.
But here is they key thing - a formal dissolution of COT will solve absolutely NOTHING. Zilch, zero, nada. Why? Because currently the other alliance has an overwhelming dominance. And unless there is internal strife in TWO - whether or not COT exists makes absolutely no difference.
Oh and by the way - Croatia asking for such a thing after directly pushing India into a pro-TWO stance is ridiculous.
So, yes, Thatcher - you were in Asia, you had your fun, now give India to the Indians. And then and only then demand COT dissolution. Anything else is just plain and simple gibberish.
P>S Considering this game is so boring of late, COT will solve nothing. TWO will solve nothing. All the dumbing down lately meant onr thing - the game is dead. Gone. And unless something miraculous happens - it will soon be time to move on.
We've all had our fun here. So please lets not spoil it with stupid articles and opinions on how to fix stuff. Because in all honesty - the only ones who can fix it (and they have shown little interest in doing that) are the admins.

I said it wasn't CoT's fault, I only said that the alliance needs to go, and TWO to follow.
Why do you think it was a stupid article?
Simple....As long as people have their opinion on the game - you dont tell them what to do....
Because there is absolutely no matter now. COT is a beaten card. And yet you demand dissolution - why?
If some TWO countries want out - don't you think they would have gotten out already?
It wasn't a demand, it was a suggestion. The whole point of this article is telling me not to play the game a certain way isn't it?
And yes I do believe that CoT dissolving gives some TWO and pro TWO countries some more freedom to operate, an idea which some of their leading players agree with.
Stop thinking that I'm attacking you or Bulgaria all the time, I just want to game to be more fun for all of us, and I think some of that can come from redrawing the geopolitical lines.
Thatch..the only way for this game to be more fun is some drastic and radical changes ..And sadly cghances are we see Martians, beefore this happens.....

Брех, първи глас, напра’о да не повярваш... 😉
There needs to be a total reshuffle.
Game over!
Against the criticism any new alliance would have the same dmg disadvantage differential as CoT so-what's-the-point -- potential line-up of new alliance: http://tinyurl.com/p34g9qh
>Yesterday:
TWO: 36,294,199,920
Potential new alliance: 30,490,755,600
Figure doesn't include Arg/Rom/Col on the TWO side, but any new alliance that could via diplomatic means overcome the "traditional" hatred's between Bulg/Turk, Cro/Bulg, Rus/Ukr etc. might expect countries like Arg and Romania to re-think their present proTWO stance (especially as they continue to be vetoed by Spain, (this despite the fact they supply more damage for the alliance than Spain)).
Its all pie-in-the-sky ofcourse. There's no way the nonTWO countries that are opposed to eachother are ever going to settle their differences, just too dysfunctional. Anyone who's played this game a while, could tell you that. So yeah, the game's fkked.
Awesome article btw, and I'm glad it got said. But I'm also in the camp that believes the game would be better minus CoT, sorry.

Well said.
This is very much in line with what I've been saying for months. The devolution of the game as such caused for many of the newer (1-3 year old) active players to leave. In essence, the countries and alliances are now being governed by oldfags and the most powerful cliques are comprised of 3-5 year old accounts. Those are folks who have been doing the same things and have pushed the same international agendas for years. We can't expect them to change their minds. We're at a point where the international rivalries cannot be switched anymore without an influx of new players. And the influx is not gonna happen, because the game will not support it.
I disagree with the bit about EDEN abusing us. Majority of bulgarians enjoyed fighting EDEN n did not care abou improving relations with them. Thats's why we never signed NAPs with Romania for example
COT is not interesting any more, anyway two+admins can't take more than our virtual territory which should not be a problem, since the alliance is supposed to be build on values. Bonuses or no bonuses, who cares...
On the other hand, i am curious about the reasons behind the tremendous stupidity of the so called admins. By deliberately providing vast advantages to some of the parties of the conflict they are killing the intrigue in the "game" and are killing the game itself
