In the Bosom of a New Mother
Alias Vision
For a long time I thought I would be just a one country kind of guy. I'd see all these various personalities come and go and I'd snicker to myself thinking that if you traveled everywhere then you belonged nowhere.
I didn't get it.
I didn't understand that especially in the context of our New World, that there really was only one home that counted. That place is where your friends and allies are. So when United Aggression started talking about changing countries, this time I got it and I was on board.
India would be my third home after the US and Canada. I enjoyed my time with my American brothers but it is too easy to get lost in the wake of their bigger personalities and insecurities. I wasn't ready to return to my first love in Canada and many of you can probably guess why by the interventions of some of their citizens even in the Indian media.
This country came highly recommended to us and was described as friendly and open. It was a surprise to many of us to see the level of suspicion our applications raised, even in some cases downright hostility. We were a little naive. I have been part of Congress when outside groups approach to gain citizenship. I should have remembered back then what we felt and what we thought. Like I said in a comment, which was labelled as propaganda, it didn't really matter how we approached this, the language we would use would be identical to a group of PTOers with malicious intent. Diffuse the criticism, strike once you are in.
Let me publicly state... and you can throw it back in my face later if I'm proven false... I'm not here as a PTOer. I'm not here as an agent for some other interest group. The only interests I hold with are those of my new home, India, and my brothers and sisters in UA.
One look at my profile and you'll see I've been interested in all aspects of the game. I'm not any kind of superstar, far from it, all those medals just means I've been around a heck of a long time. As a matter of fact, my 4th birthday is coming up in just over a month's time.
I will participate in the media, time permitting. I will eventually want to participate in the political side as well because that is the best way to fully integrate. With time though, there is no rush and I'll take my cue from you gentle reader.
Thank you President Hamturk for the support and for shepherding the referendum that allowed me to be accepted. Thank you Indian Congress and People. You have made your move, now it is up to us to respond in kind.

Great note Alias, welcome to eIndia.
Welcome....
They are there to PTO you from the inside
To mold eIndia in their Image
To think, there are a only a handful of us "renegades" left in eCanada and we're not even really in a position of power at the moment, still the weak resolve of the Addy's and the Alias' still make them run away and cower...
Welcome to India
Ignore the Rolo
Welcome to eIndia. o7
Rolo or Trolololo ? LOL > dumbass
Welcome bro. You are already a part of the community so forget what happened earlier
~hyuu~
I'd like to have you back in eCanada. Still, see ya around o/
Welcome to eIndia. o7
Hey Rolo, are you still a despot and the only owner of eCanada? Still bribing people for votes and PTO-ing the parties that aren't under your control? You know, sometimes it's smarter to be quiet and not say a word. So, be smart. 😉
\o/ Alias!!
great article as usual Alias o/
Semper5 - you used to sell me your vote, maybe you should be the one to keep your mouth shut
If eIndia is welcoming of a PTO by those of the former "United Aggression" "Manifest Destiny" "EPC" It's their funeral, I couldn't really care less and eCanada is better off for having those fools leave long ago
Good Luck eIndia
Semper, it would seem that lately (and by his own admission above) that he is not.
My hope is that the members of UA can find a place to settle into and then old issues that have tarnished eCan's reputation will also settle out with time. The habitual butting of heads wasn't offering that kind of resolution...so who knows.
Good luck in India, AV. They're getting a dependable player so should count their team lucky.
Alias Vision, congratulations on being an eIndian. You understand loyalty and I can imagine how hard it must have been to leave your country that you worked for so long. Its only natural to feel a bit out of place in the beginning. But I can assure you that you will like us all once you get to know us better. eIndia has offered you a fresh start and now you are one of us. The initial hostility can be justified as being cautious as you know you can never be too sure in this game.
The fact that your team is in only tells you that we have placed our trust in all of you. You have a good reputation and your achievements are admirable. I hope you find your new home warm and comfortable in the days to come. Forget the past and step into the future with renewed strength and greater vision. I know you will be a great asset to your country (eIndia 😛) I look forward to reading your articles in the media and . to know you better. Welcome aboard!
Are you that petty and angry in real life Rolo, or have you just gotten really deep into your method acting.
welcome home mate!
