Greetings fellow citizens!
With the next congress elections just around the corner, The Labour Party asks that you keep us in mind as one of the parties that are worthy of your vote this month. Although we may be small in numbers compared to some other parties in Ireland, we are big in spirit, dedication and experience. And above all we always put Ireland first. Because of this, most of the Labour Party candidates have pledged to donate ALL five gold that they get from their congress medal to the national treasury to help fund MPPs.
Please take a moment to read about the officially endorsed Labour Party candidate in your region before you cast your vote.

“I've been Irish CP before (under CelticTiger211) and in that term I founded the IA. I was the most successful minister for recruitment we've ever had and I will be using my skills in that department to drive the Dail toward recruitment.

“I've been playing eRepublik for almost 2 years. I've been MoFA 3x and a TD 5x. I honestly don't have any specific goals. Truthfully most of the laws will be MPP's but we'll see what happens. Plus if you've been here a bit you will know that I am god. That is all.”

“I am the current president of The Labour Party. I have been playing eRep for over two years and have been a citizen of Ireland for at least half of that time. My political experience includes seven terms in congress in Ireland and Belgium, three terms as MoFA in Belgium and one term as VP in Belgium. If elected to office I pledge to keep the minimum wage low to support our vital MU communes, vote smart on economic and military issues, do my part to keep out PTOers, and above all work with an open mind with anyone who puts forth a good idea to congress regardless of what party they are from.”

Good luck lads o7
Great job, good luck to all.
Great!
good luck brah!
good luck!
Best of luck! Some very good guys there!
Stilpo is a great player and someone you can always count on to make wise decisions.
Vote for him and his band of merry men plox.
Dan Breen...why don't you start with returning the golds to people you scam?
It's like half of ireland...yes?
I belive Loyen still waits for that 10 golds you stole from him...
Dan Breen..IBhoy must have been so proud with you..
Viktor Kurgan, is it too much to ask to keep this election clean? Enough with the petty libel.
I am not aware of the details of this supposed affair you accuse him of, and it would certainly be a legitimate matter of concern for the party if true, but even if it was true and there were no mitigating circumstances whatsoever, that is hardly grounds to accuse someone of scamming "half of Ireland". Would you at least be willing to retract that much?
As for the tone of any previous elections, TBH I really couldn't care less. My responsibility as PP is to the current elections, not former ones. If anybody starts throwing dirt this election then I assure you it will be dealt with. But in the mean time please try not to instigate and draw my party members into a dirty fight they didn't ask for. If we are going to make any progress in this game at all it is going to be in looking toward the future, not dwelling on the past. Don't you agree?
"If we are going to make any progress in this game at all it is going to be in looking toward the future, not dwelling on the past."
People like Dan Breen must correct evil thing they did in the past.
Dan Breen returning 10 golds he took from Loyen would be a good start, don't you agree?
Kurgan, "admitted" sounds like I said it forcefully. Pretty sure everyone knows about it, kinda sure everyone knows he stole 5 G off me too ;_; alas, leave Stilpo's article alone, take your fight on with CT from your own article.
It's my broken english, Seanan....and i am just trying to help Stilpo to see what kind of people are contaminate reputation of his party..

I don’t really consider my thoughts on other people’s alleged private debts as all that relevant to the political process. I respect your personal grievance and even admire your passion for justice on this issue. But what is most important to me is the kind of decisions that I believe our candidates will make as TDs. Whatever personal debts Dan Breen may or may not have, I have every reason to believe that his decisions as a TD will be beneficial to Ireland – starting with the decision he has already made to donate all of his congress medal gold to the national treasury (which I WILL enforce). If that isn’t good enough for you, then you can choose not to vote for him. But please at least have a little respect for ME and don’t use this article as an outlet for your personal grievances against members of my party. I would like to think I would do the same for you.
best of luck lads o7
A matter of concern? Yes. But is it germane to his responsibilities as a TD? Not so much. I don't know how much more clear I can make myself. This party's goal is to support what is best for Ireland as a whole, not to act as judge and jury in the private business dealings of its members. I really do hope you two resolve your personal differences soon, but this is simply not the proper venue.
And FYI, speculating about other people's inner motivations and goals as if they were fact, which you have done several times now in these comments, is considered “flaming” and is as illegal in this game as it is underhanded and dirty. In the future please keep your commentary limited to behavior you can ACTUALLY OBSERVE. This is your final warning on this issue. I have nothing against you personally and even hope we can work together constructively in the future, but any further flaming or harassment toward my party members will not be responded to by me but will instead be reported to the admins like I should have done in the first place.
Stilpo do you really think someone from The Orcs didn't press report button already?
I find ff points as medals of honor.
But i did erase all of my screaming comments since you are right about abusing your articles and i apologise for that.
"Although we may be small in numbers compared to some other parties in Ireland, we are big in spirit, dedication and experience. And above all we always put Ireland first. "
i have two question: Did you ask Dan about this?
How can you say that scamming of irish citizen is a private matter ?
--He represent your party. his moral is party moral.
All i ask from you is to influence Dan to return golds back to Loyen.
--Right now it seems this party support scamming of irish citizens.
I belive this paty is better then this..
Apology accepted my friend. And I also would like to apologize to you for calling your grievance petty earlier on. It is clearly an important and legitimate issue for you and your friends. And yes, IF he stole the gold I would obviously very strongly urge him to return it to its rightful owner. Although I still maintain that it is a private matter and should be settled through non-political channels, it would nonetheless reflect poorly on the party and any political office he may hold (if true), albeit in an indirect way. I am not, however, willing to go so far as to threaten retracting my endorsement of him. Despite his personal debt, I know Dan and I remain extremely confident that he will make decisions that are beneficial to Ireland as a TD. And that, as I said before, is my #1 priority, especially in such a small country where the threat of PTO by outside forces is constant. He may be a rascal, but at least he is OUR rascal 🙂
