Chicken wings are good but i prefer breasts... chicken breasts.
What food is best for your health. Here is an analysis of the cost for each type of food.
This is the numbers of points restored (Health and Happiness) and the cost of 1 food.
This is the actual cost per points restored, we can see that Q2 Food is the cheapest food right now. You might wonder how to know wich food is Q2 on the market. here is how to differentiate quality of food with icons.

This is how much it cost to restore X amount of points. We are talking about 5 CAD for 60pts wich is ~ 30 happiness and 30 health.
Keep in mind the change on the battlefield !
Quote from the admins:
"Along with these changes, we’re going to remove the “70 health check” feature (if you fight in a day, you will not receive a free 70 health bonus recovery the next day). It has become obsolete and... we admit it... we received more than the expected share of tickets from you complaining that it was not working properly."
In other word, if you fight make sure you stop after recieving your 3rd healthkit if you don't want to pay alot of CAD to recover your health.

Thanks for the information NeO!

i don't know how much wellness but they makes me really happy.
IMBA!
j'achète juste des food avec 6-7 de hapiness. c le best deal.
le nouveau bouton 'eat food' est apparu aujourd'hui.
Merci pour l'analyse, je pense que je vais faire un régime de Q2. 😃
For the record, the cost to manufacture on health point is EXACTLY the same for Q1, Q2 and Q3 food that is "all health". The only difference in the cost you see above is that imposed by the business owner. Also, there is less competition as you upgrade to each Q so prices get a little higher per Q.
"In other word, if you fight make sure you stop after recieving your 3rd healthkit if you don't want to pay alot of CAD to recover your health."
It may be more than 5 CAD, but I wouldn't call it a lot! Certainly these new rules make extended fighting reasonable for your everyday citizen (even those of us who don't use RL $$ for Au). So I would encourage you, if it's a priority 5 battle, don't worry about running out of health kits!
Overall very excellent analysis (as usual!)
Addy: I was just wondering about that. Thanks for saving me a trip to the wiki!
Cheers
Thats true and if your a greedy bastard like me, once you get to 20health and you can't fight, well the next day you can recover 10 health with food (30 health), fight and once you lose you get restored to 70, so you don't need to recover the whole way through.
Id say 10 CAD for 60 health is pretty cheap but with crappy salary its a day of work. But if its to fight some redcoat then it certainly worth it !
"you will not receive a free 70 health bonus recovery the next day" - FFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUU- I should have read that before fighting myself half-dead yesterday.
