Sanity seems to have returned to the World cup with 6 players being able to predict the correct result for all 8 games of round 6. Hopefully this sanity continues when the Netherlands play Costa Rica on Saturday. Well done to LeoBelgicus for coming first in round 6 thereby jumping 11 positions in overall 3rd position. Just shows how close it still is going into the last couple of rounds.

Overall for some reason Willem The Conqueror is now in first place followed by that guy that just does not want to go away. Mister Kirk also seems to be moving up the table nicely, I wonder if he has been getting some advice from Mr. Spock or maybe he has been time travelling into the future again?

The Football World Cup has started but it is not too late to join. The competition is run on the Superbru.com website, which involves a quick registration process. The competition involves predicting the actual score for each World Cup game, so even if you do not know much about football it should not be too difficult. Each round will include a couple of games, and your predication must be entered on the web site before the game commences.

Currently the prizes up for grabs are as follows:
