We regret to inform you that your shipment request of 6000 fedoras and various other funny looking hats has been accidentally shipped to a Mr. Jacobi of 24 Sussex Drive Ottawa Ontario. This problem commonly occurs when two customers seem so similar that it's difficult to distinguish one from another.

For this mistake we are obligated to instead send you the CHAM WOW!.
