Should the government do more?

The ePhilippine government in my observation for a month now is becoming inactive again.
You will surely like this government.
I think it started after the return of some of our regions.
We regained some of the regions back but after our spirits died down, we are again faced with inactivity amongst the populace and the large chunk of the government.
What should the government do?
I am part of the government (Congressman) but I don't know what to do either.
So what can you do?
