שלום לכם ישראלים, אחים וחברים יקרים,

קוראים לי רואי, החודש אני רץ לנשיאות המדינה, כשהבנתי מול מי אני אמור לרוץ ידעתי שאלו אולי הבחירות הכי קשות שיכלתי לאחל לעצמי, אבל תסמכו עליי, זאת הייתה ההחלטה הכי קלה שאי פעם עשיתי, והסיבה לכך פשוטה, אנחנו לא יכולים לבזבז יותר זמן, אנחנו הולכים בדרך לא נכונה כבר המון זמן ומספיק חודשים נשרפו, ואם עדיין לא הבנתם באיזה מצב חמור אנחנו, רק תסתכלו על המדינה, צ'אט ריק, כמה עשרות אזרחים שבאמת נלחמים, וצבא קטן שיחידה פרטית גדולה ממנו בכמה מידות, זה נכון, אין פתרון קסמים, ואני לא מתיימר להיות אלוהים, אבל יש לנו מה לעשות כדי לשפר את המצב.

יש בישראל כמה בעיות גדולות, שכולן סובבות סביב הבעיה המרכזית, ואני אתאר לכם בדיוק מהי, כששחקן חדש נרשם, הוא מקבל הודעה עם כמה מדריכים שספק שהוא יקרא, הוא יצטרף ליחידה שכנראה שלא יהיה עליו פיקוח במקרה הטוב, הוא לא ידע איך לשחק כמו שצריך וגם אם יגיע לצ'אט ימצא צ'אט ריק, ואחרי כמה ימים יפסיק להיכנס, השחקן הזה לא יעשה דמג' בשביל ישראל, לא יעבוד יקנה וימכור בשוק הישראלי, ולא יכניס כסף לקופה הישראלית עם הזמן, ככה שכל יום אנחנו מפסידים דמג' וכסף פונטציאלים על פארש, המשחק בנוי על זמן, עם הזמן מדינה יכולה להתפתח, חלק בקצב מהיר וחלק בקצב איטי, ההתפתחות מבוססת על ידי האזרחים, וככה מאזני הכוחות משתנים, אבל אנחנו לא מתקדמים לשום מקום, ולפי מספר נתונים אנחנו רק הולכים אחורה, ואת זה צריך לתקן, האמצעי הכי יעיל שלנו בשביל זה הוא צה"ל, ולפני שתסיקו מסקנות, אני לא הולך להילחם בשמשון ואין לי שום כוונה לפגוע בהם, בצהל אנחנו יכולים להשתמש כדי לאמן את השחקנים, להשקיע בהם וללמד אותם את העקרונות שלנו, וככה גם להגביר את הפעילות שלהם, את התכנית המלאה תוכלו לקרוא בהמשך המאמר כשאפרט על משרד הביטחון וההרכב שלו, אבל לפני שאני מציג את השרים והמשרדים הממשלתיים, אני רוצה להציג את פועליי בחודשים האחרונים כדי להסיר את הספק האם אני יכול לתפעל את המשרדים בצורה טובה.

פנים ויחסי חוץ: שר חוץ, אחראי יחסי ציבור של הברית עד"ן, עזרה במשרד הפנים, תרגום כתבות, חלוקות נשק ואוכל, עזרה לחדשים וכתיבת מאמרים על דעתי בנושאים שונים.

שתי המשרדים החשובים של החודש יהיו משרד הביטחון ומשרד הפנים, שניהם יעזרו לקדם את האחרים, ומרבית העבודה עליהם, במטרה ליצור תשתית אזרחית חזקה שתחזיק לחודשים הבאים גם אחרי סיום הקדנציה.

משרד הבטחון: העבודה המרכזית של החודש תהיה ארגון מחדש של צהל כדי שיתאים לצרכים הממשלתיים ולהתפתחות של המדינה, תוך כדי הידוק שיתוף הפעולה עם שמשון ויחידות אחרות בחול, למשרד יהיו ארבעה שרים, שיהיו אחראים על ארגון קורס קצינים ברמה מתאימה, עד סיום קורס הקצינים כל אחד מהם יתפקד בעצמו כקצין, בהרכב החדש של צהל כל קצין אחראי על מחלקה של עשרה עד עשרים חיילים בצהל, ולכל מחלקה תהיה אמצעי תקשורת מועדף עליה (צ'אט, סקייפ, טימספיק, ווטסאפ), וגם שם משלה, כך תיווצר תחרותיות בין המחלקות וגיבוש בתוכן, החיילים הלא פעילים יהיו במחלקותת הכלליות של צהל ויוזמנו למחלקות המקצועיות כשיעלו פעילות, שחקנים שישקיעו ויעזרו ביוזמות ממשלתיות כמו במשרד הפנים יוכלו לעלות דרגות מהר יותר, הדרגות יקבעו על ידי הממשלה ויפורסמו במאמר זמן קצר אחרי הבחירות לנשיאות, צהל הוא צבא קטן, וכך נוכל להפוך אותו די מהר לצבא נייד ויעיל שגודל ומתפתח עם הזמן, תוך כדי שהוא עוזר להתפתחות וללימוד של שחקנים חדשים, כך צהל יהווה גורם מפתח בהשארת שחקנים, העלאת הפעילות שלהם ועזרת ביצירת צמיחה בארץ ישראל.


זה קשה אבל נוכל לעשות את זה

משרד החוץ: בגלל כל הטלטלות שעוברות בזמן האחרון בעולם, חשוב שיהיה משרד חוץ איכותי החודש, הדבר הראשון שאני רוצה שנעשה זה להחזיר את פרויקט השגרירים, חשוב שיהיה לנו ייצוג של אנשים איכותיים בעדן ולא סתם אנשים ששולחים כי אין את מי לשלוח, התנהלות טובה של משרד החוץ תתרום המון לקידום האינטרסים שלנו.

My name is Roai, this month i'm running for presidently, when i'v understood against who i'm going to run i knew that might be the hardest elections i could wish for myself, but trust me, it was the easiest desicion i ever made, and the reason is simple, we can't waste more time, we'r going in the wrong way for many time and enough months were burned for no reason, and if you did'nt realize how critical is our situation, just look at our eNation, empty chat, few duzens of citizens that who are really fighting on battlefield, little national army, and private unit that bigger then the national army few times, that's true, there is no solution of charm, and i don't pretend to be god, but we got what to do for improve our situation.

there'r few big problems in eIsrael, and they'r all around the main problem, and i gonna tell you exactly what is that problem, when new beginner registers, he gets in pm some guides and you can't know if he will read, he will join an MU that probably won't supervise him, and that's if we are lucky, he won't know how to play properly and will find empty IRC channel, and after few days he shall stop enter the game, this citizen will not make a damage for eIsrael, won't work buy and sell in the eIsraeli market, and with time, he won't get money for the eIsraeli treasure, this is how we'r losing potential money damage and citizens every and each day for no reason, this game based on time, in time country can grew, some of them will have high growth and some of countries will have low growth, the growth is based on citizens, and this is how balance power are chaning, but we'r not grewing, and by some details we'r only going down, and that we'v to fix, the most useful tool for us is eIDF, and before you gonna draw conclusions, i'm not gonna fight Samson and i have no attention to hurt this MU, we can use eIDF to train our citizens, invenst on them and teach them our vaules, the full plan you can read in this article when i tell of the Ministery of Defence and it's formation, but before i present the ministers and ministeries, i wanna present my work in last month in order to prevent any doubt if i can activate the ministries properly.



Army & Defence: some ranks in few armies in MUs, 3-5x MoD of Israel, part of EDEN Military Team.

Economy: had national (latvian) org, enterprise of creating 300 work places in Israel that increased the daily salary from 12NIS to 23NIS in one day, trading around the world.

Foreign Affairs: ex MoFA of eIsrael, 2xPR of EDEN

The two most important ministeries of this month will be Ministery of Defence and Ministery of Interior, both of them will help to progress the other ministeries and most of the work will be on them, in order to create a strong public infrastructure that will continue for the next months.

Ministery of Defence: the main work of this month shall be reorganization of eIDF according to governmental needs and the growth of this country, meanwhile increased cooperation with Samson and other units, this ministery will have four ministers, that will responsible to make officers course in appropriate level, until the end f the course any one of them shall serve of officer, in eIDF new formation every officer is responsible on regiment of 10-20 soldiers, and each regiment will have it's favourite communition tool (IRC, Skype, TeamSpeak, whatsup), and its own name, that way there will be competitiveness inside the regiments and friendships inside them, the inactive soldiers shall be in the general regiments of eIDF and will be invited to the professional ones after their activity will be suitable, active soldiers and helping soldiers in ministery of Interior will get higher eIDF ranks more easily, the ranks names will be desided by the government and written on article short time after the presidental elections, eIDF is small army, and so we can turn him very quickly to mobile and functional army that grews and devolps with time, meanwhile it helps the grewing and the teaching of the new beginers, so eIDF will be very important and the eIsraeli citizens devolping and grewing.


that's not easy but we can do it

I'm sure some of you expect to hear about fighting Serbia, that's not a secret, Serbia is the strongest nation in the eWorld with thousands of well trained soldiers meanwhile we'r only few duzens, i can't promise you full liberation, but i can promise you that getting congress might be possible, and liberating regions from time to time can be possible too, one day we'll get rid of serbia and they'll be out of middle east, that will happen only when the balance powers will be for our allies, yet we can grew and get stronger, and if it will work, as time will pass we can make them understand we'r not easy hunting, and they better not hold our lands without a good reason.

Ministery of Foeign Affairs: for all events last time, we should have qualitative, the first thing i wanna do is getting ambassadors project back, also, it's important for us to have good ppl to present us in EDEN meetings, good progression of the foreign affairs ministery shall contribute or interests.

Ministery of Translation: responsible for translating articles from hebrew to english and the opposite, so english spekaers can communicate with only-hebrew speakers.

Ministery of Finance: in the last year Ministery of Finance the national money safe, we might don't have much spare money yet, but we have very few things we can do, like following fater the market, food sharing for beingers, income taxes discounts for eIDF soldiers, which might be little amount, but if we get 50% at the end of the month, it could be enough for much food or some weapons, for the beginers it could be real good, worrisome evolution is the taking over of citizens from enemy countries on the israeli markets, for in these countries it's cheaper to product weapons and the import tax is low, we might consider an embargo on countries like serbia, another thing i think we better make is a weekly recommends article of the ministery of finance, so we can rule the markets better, and beginers will not make mistakes.

Ministery of Interior: as i'v mentioned yet, this ministery will be one of two most important ministries, its functioning shall affect whole eIsrael in the next months, its target to get new players and educate them, we never managed to get big babyboom, but it's still possible, we shall try but won't manage for surely, yet if the ministeries of interior and defence will work together and devolping and growth of our country will be unprecedented.


shall we manage to get many of them?

the inconvenient google docs guides we can change easily to google websites, which are very nice and convenient, so it will look more serious and be more convenient to the beginers, the tutores plan will promoted, everyone who wants to volunteer in the ministery of Interior will get for it bounses and the Ministery of Defence and eIDF, the government ministeries will be opened to volunteers that wanna help in the infrastructure building, so we help them to help us, that help will give them another reason to play this game, more opportunities for them and more workingpower for the government, and this month we have much working, however, we will try to spread this game in israeli websites we hav'nt tried yet, and as much as the population increases we can find more volunteers to this ministery, every week the president will publish an article, in that article he answers the citizens questions and later he publishes and weekly summarize article, for keep the communication with the community.
