On November 14, 2012, more than five months ago, the eUS code was amended to include provision for the immigration agency known as IES. This was a secret for five months. I can’t imagine why.

Today, there is a proposal to change the VAT on food. It took me by surprise. None of the Presidential candidates hinted at it, no public discussion has occurred and congress has, presumably, been discussing it in secret. I can’t imagine why.

The absence of transparency hurts the team.

The blind have difficulty finding the correct box on their ballot.
