Why the heck is President Scrabman proposing that we tie a law to because he's "curious what happens"???!
Citizen Dru is proposing a law that we change the minimum wage to a $1,000.00 dollars??!"
WHY ARE THEY DOING THIS?
You people were not elected because you could play with our monies, you were elected because we thought you had a good head on your shoulders...now pull it out of your a**!

this happens at the end of every congress, junk proposals that never pass. the congresspeople who still have a law or 2 to propose just let it rip. They don't actually expect it to pass.

Congress gets experience points for voting on proposals, so people get silly with proposals. None of them are being proposed to actually pass.

I've never seen a time when knowledge of game mechanics has not been beneficial, investigating them is a good move on the President's part.
