After extended discussions with President Shail I have decided to expand ministry of Internal Affairs to help ease my load and get more citizens involved in the functioning of the ministry.

1. Acquisition and distribution Department (2 Open Positions)
We require two experienced citizen volunteers who are very active to handle Acquisition and distribution activities .
Acquisitions (1 Position)
Responsible for procuring Gifts, Tickets and Food for the Ministry of internal Affairs. Business experience is preferred.
Distribution (1 Position)
Be active almost daily and respond to mentor's requests for food/tickets/food for new citizens. Will have to interact regularly with Mentors and the person working in Acquisitions.

2. Citizen relations and services (1 Head, 10-20 People)
We are looking for 10-20 mentors who will be assigned to new citizens to help them learn the game and look after there welfare. The mentors will be responsible for reaching out to new players. This is an excellent opportunity for every one to get in touch with new people and help grow eRepublik of India.
The head will be responsible, for monitoring the activity of all the mentors and ensuring that all new citizens receive help. Also responsible to locate and relocate active citizens stranded in other eIndian territories (using tools like the one on erepublikindia.com website).An experienced and active Citizen is preferable.

3. Communication Services (No Openings at present)
The role of this department is strictly administrative. They will be responsible for managing and running our forums and website. They will work closely with the National Police Force to help them. Technical knowledge and some prior experience in similar capacity is required.
