If you attacked another country, say Mexico. Will they attack you back? Won't they invade your country?

Mexico cannot fight back because of MPP's. Well, they can, but our MPP's will activate and dominate.

What is "pertamax?"
I know I'm a noob but from what I gather, PEACE might just help Mexico liberate it's territories.
They can do it easy enough since we're on our own but pushing into American territory might force ATLANTIS into sending military aid and PEACE might not want to deal with that. at least not at the moment.
I mean relations are a little sour at the moment but I don't think ATLANTIS would allow PEACE to take over one of its most largely populated and resource rich allies. Even if they don't like us right now it would be strategic suicide to just let the eUS fall.
