Thank you brothers and sisters of eIndia, its congress, the supportive and the skeptical, for accepting me into my new home. I don’t want to make a mess of things so am asking for advice.
When the benefits of admitting new players were discussed much was made of our strength and industry. Those are benefits and that is what was being discussed. Now, I need to earn your trust and the first thing to be avoided is acting in a way that upsets everything you have already built. I must tread lightly. What worries me at present is how to act appropriately in my business.
In particular, I would like to have plenty of employees. In a large economy with a very large player base, nothing is easier: simply increase the wage. However, in eIndia, that may be a poor choice. It may harm existing players, it may be contrary to the best interests of your existing MUs, it may have effects that I can’t guess at because I am new and don’t know how things work yet.
The top wages on the job market are being offered by members of my MU. Perhaps that is a good thing, perhaps not. I long ago learned not to assume. Talking is better. Finding out from you what is best for the economy is better. Making decisions all by myself, going forward like a bull in a china shop: not the best.
So: can you help? Tell me more about how you have organized things here so that I can help instead of hinder.

One thing I've noticed already is the big time difference, a large demographic of eIndians are asleep now. We'll get some thoughtful responses to your question as we sleep.
This will come in handy later during some battles, we will be able to span time zones.
benchmark is chinese wage..so make an offer v can't refuse (like the one jammywillis has made 🙂..)..
i don't think the present govt put any conditions for ur stay here..
imo, i shall urge u to join a party here (better not start a new party, that wud be a piss off factor)..since majority of the ppl voted 'yes' to u come from 'YUUVA' & Forward Bloc, u can join any one of them itself..but u have other options as well.

I'm going to be cool about joining a political party until I get a better lay of the land, but you can be assured that starting a new party isn't going to happen.
a) dont be a stranger here again olivermellors..now that u r eIndian, u have equal right like any of us here..all our arguments were b4 .. but now that u guys r here, its time for "Integration" (no pun, but lack of other words)..
b) abstaining from politics is of no help to this country. i will provide u with the state of affairs here..complete picture (everyone has the right to know)
c) integration will never happen if we continue to differentiate among ourselves.
