Goodbye, Switzerland... Good Friggin' Luck!
George Armstrong Custer
After a While You'll Want to Stop.
Dateline : Sunday January 16 (Day 1152)
Location: Swiss Air Force HQ, Dübendorf, Switzerland
Reporter: George Armstrong "Old Man" Custer
I meant for this to be the last Custer's Stand published in Switzerland.
But in my rush to return to my beloved homeland I got things out of order.
I hereby resign as:
Commander of the Swiss Armed Forces
Swiss Ambassador to the US and MoFA representative to Canada and EDEN
Assistant Swiss MoD to the US and EDEN
The boys back home made first class transportation arrangements for me.
After casting my vote in today's Party President election-- the first vote cast in Switzerland-- I was whisked away to the military airfield at Dübendorf to a waiting C-17 Globemaster.
My thanks, especially, to Congressman SVV for granting me American citizenship right away.
Good luck, Switzerland, you're gonna need it.
Custer's Mantra:
What kind of game do you play, what kind of players do you like to align yourself with?
What kind of leaders do you want, what kind of leadership do you expect of them?
What kind of country do you want to "live" in and play for?

Welcome back my friend.
Welcome back, sir!
"Sucks for Switzerland"
Switzerland, I'm disappointed you just got rid of one of the most competent players in history,
REPARO SWITZERLAND, REPARO
NOOOOOOOOOOOO
Dont let go, never give up its such a wonderful life 😃
Goodbye Custer but we havent better minister of defence than you!
I was only an "assistant MoD" appointed by the President and MoD to deal with the US, hand-in-hand with the Ambassador position, because of my established relationship with the US.
MoFA Clifford Burns sent me running to beg the US for an MPP-- obviously his own public anti-US and anti-EDEN proclamations would diminish his own effectiveness-- and I was successful in garnering support for Switzerland from both the US MoFA and the US Military. but with the perceived urgency of a French attack now gone, there seems no reason to ask for an MPP with a stable and powerful nation who would provide daily battles as well as a solid commitment to protect Switzerland.
Good luck, Switzerland, next time an ill wind blows an acorn down onto Clifford's head and he cries that the sky is falling.
We have seen that before, you leaving at least this time you let people know
excuse me, Schoft?
you're referring to my leaving your precious Drop Bears.. maybe you didn't get the memo-- serious disorganization and lack of communication through the chain of command were but two of the fundamental problems that plagued that outfit.
feeble snipe, bubbles.
we're gonna miss you ; (
Thats exactly how you paint the picture, you are very disorganised and you have a lack of communication. I have to give you that one, you hit it on the spot.
You're back in the eUS?! Lock up your daughters, America.
