Hello Dear Russians,

I delayed this article since I was not sure about the future of my mandate. RL issues might make necessary that I stop my appointment either during this mandate or at the beginning of next one. Until then it is business as usual- I am not gone yet.

I just wanted you to know that I am proud of what Russia achieved during these last 2 1/2 months. I take a lot of pride in pushing you to get your regions back and also in convincing you to sign the peace with Romania (as a symbolic act).

You are now a big power and it is up to you to stay like this. I hesitate to go since now it is a delicate moment- it's the time when Russia has to decide whether to become an imperialist power or not. But even if I go, I will be around.

I hope you will stay closer to Romania in the future, as a non-imperialist super-power.

We are waiting for a hard propaganda.
Like romanian propaganda in eUkraine, for example.
