eUS Flight Training
The eUS Flight Training is the training branch of the USAF. It was first established in 2012, under the command of Synesi, to replace Boot Camp
Since then, Flight Training has excelled in its training program, player retention and graduating hundreds of well rounded troops. For this effort Flight Training is recognized as an invaluable part of the eUSA.
What Flight Training does
Flight Training provides recruits a 2 week program that educates them in the military module, battle orders, communing, and life in the military, as well as providing excellent mentors.
Flight Training teaches new recruits how to successfully navigate the military module by providing a detailed manual that recruits are required to read and complete.
Flight Training also encourages participation within the meta-game by requiring recruits to register an IRC nick & to create a eUSA forum account.
The ultimate goal of Flight Training is to prepare and provide the best possible troops for eUSAF.

Flight Training provides a relaxed atmosphere where recruits can feel at ease while learning the basics of eRep.

USAF should work with Immigration to expand its recruiting basis.
eUSA needs more citizens, service in USAF could attract citizens from other countries.
It's difficult to ensure that people are in fact fighting for the correct side. Allies are more than welcome to gain citizenship. AF specifically has numerous Albronians among our ranks.
AF supplies distribution caused more ppl to leave my old party than any other action design with that purpose... as a friend told me: "money talks, bs walks"
Its complicated but some measures can be put in place to follow where damage is being done, and its easy to control/restrict/hold dist.
As for only accepting members from allied nations, you are automatically excluding a lot of ppl that are not necessarily from enemy nations...
I doubt that will work, what you see in for instance Praetorian Guards that allows just anybody (including people from TWO countries) that they take supplies from the MU and I see them shouting for battles in their own country and also being located there. Same with Albanians, a lot of them are in eUS MU's but their own country is their top priority not the eUS. In my time in Flight Training I've seen a lot of Albanians in FT and AF fighting and shouting for battles in Albanian while it's not a priority and still taking supplies. That is the biggest problem with recruiting, people (especially from certain country) will take their countries over their MU and make lousy recruits
I have never seen members shouting for TWO countries in PG. There were some shouts when we didn't have priority battles going on, but it was for our allies and we have intervened, telling members not to do that, so it is not happening anymore. But we can't compare PG and FT in any way. What we need is, and this concerns all work with new players, is more communication and dedication to stimulate them getting active and involved, not just handing out supplies and giving orders where to hit, and that means more personnel.

Have you seen how unpopular DoD orders have become? One of the many reasons I wont serve in a government funded MU. Good luck though, really. If nothing else, the USAF FT MU is a great place to learn.
As in the orders being set by NSC or the newspaper articles?
The Department of Defense newspaper articles. At least during my time, I was always pointed there as a source of where to fight. Half the time I don't agree with DoD orders, and I was not given the luxury of picking my battles without intense analysis.
The DoD Orders were always intended for those not in a USAF branch (or eUS mil, when it was the official military) so that they were aware of the current US Priorities. USAF members get their orders via IRC and they are set by the National Security Council. Disagreeing with them is certainly your choice, but when the government is the one paying for our supplies, they expect us to fight where they count on having us, and that's in the NSC Ordered battles. Most independent MU's (and certainly nearly all of the major ones) also fight in accordance with the same priorities.
Voted, cool banner btw.
