外交部在这个月会保留大部分人员，详细名单将会稍后公布。为了提升我们外交人员的工作 质素，我想介绍一些新规定。

Minister of Foreign Affair would keep most of our staff this month. The detail staff list will be published soon. I would like to introduce some new measures to improve quality of work of our ambassadors.

第一，希望各外交大使能保持活跃，在每个任期内（即每月5日的总统大选前）能利用其报 纸，在国外发表最少一篇代表e中国外交部的友好文章。

First, hope our ambassadors to be active. They need to use their personal newspaper to publish at least 1 article about developing friendship in foreign countries, before next president election (the 5th of each month).

第二，在每篇在国外发表代表e中国外交部的文章结尾，加上代表e中国外交部的签名，签 名包含有一张图片档，另外有连结到外交部官方报纸及外交大使名单，目的是希望使每篇文 章更具代表性，看起上来更专业和统一，而且有助外国玩家核实我们的外交大使的身份。

Second, for every articles representing MoFA, a signature should be added at the end of the article. The signature includes an image file and a link to our MoFA official newspaper. I believe that it would make the articles look more representative, professional and uniform. It also helps foreign player to identify our ambassadors.

加入EDEN公投
Public Poll about Joining EDEN

由于e中国缺乏关于加入EDEN公投的英文报道，我想借这个机会介绍一下现时情况。

Because there’s not enough news written in English in eChina about our public poll, I would like to take this opportunity to introduce our progress.

EDEN于上月正式向e中国发出入盟邀请，随即在e中国引起广泛讨论，经过国会多番讨论，最后落实使用公投方式决定是否加入EDEN，现在我们政府正准备有关公投的技术性细节安排，我相信公投将在不久将来进行。

EDEN sent an official invitation to eChina last month. It led to wide discussion in eChina society. After several rounds of discussion in our congress, we will hold a public poll to decide whether eChina will join EDEN or not. We come to the stage of solving technical issues of holding the poll so far. I believe that it will start in near future.
