[Garmr] Defense

Dear fellow citizens,

Today I write to you to explain my vision on the ministry of defense. Not just my intention, or stating what does or does not work, but detailed plans for the defense staff to work with. Knowing what is wrong is one thing, but preparing a detailed work plan is a whole other ball game.


My previous experience on defense is 3x Minister of Defense in the Netherlands, 1x Minister of Defense in Switzerland, 1x Secretary of Defense in the United States, 2x Deputy Secretary of Defense in the United States, and last but not least, top 5 leadership in the United States Special Forces, the #1 Military Unit in the whole world.
I also created the Dutch army avatar and the previous avatar.


Easy supplies
Currently, you have to approach the government to receive weapons. This will be turned around. You sign up for the weapon program, reply to a weekly check-in and receive weapons and food every single day without the hassle of having to manually request and wait.

Dedicated personnel
Headed by the chief of the army, a group of dedicated players will be formed to take care of interaction with soldiers on the long term. They will maintain an overview of the participants of the weapon program as well as supply them every day. In addition to this main purpose, they can be used to make calls on irc as well as hand out supplies when we hire mercenaries for important battles.

No unnecessities
Why fill in a googledocument if things can be much easier? The current supply document system will be disregarded, and we will switch to a 'link+FF' system which proves to be faster and easier.

Improved communication
The ministry of defense will created a system in which they can rapidly forward changes of the daily order and campaign of the day to the leaders of the various military units.




These minor changes are much needed, and I have full confidence that the men on the ministry of Defense will take it to a higher level with these changes.

As you can see, this is the same team as the current one. They have proven to be dependable and I have full confidence in their ability to quickly adapt to my proposed changes.
