[CP] Belgium as our Natural Enemy [EN+NL]

Dear citizens,

As you can see here, I proposed Belgium as our Natural Enemy to congress. At this moment, congress is voting for this proposal. I will explain why this proposal was made and why all Congress Members should vote IN FAVOUR of it.

This proposal was done in co-operation with the Belgian President BrunoCND, with their aTO Coordinator Nohjis and with approval of the EDEN Head Quarters.



What is happening now?
The Belgian aTO Coordinator Nohjis wrote this article about the current situation. At this moment, foreign PTO’ers try to get in Congress in Belgium. In Flanders and Brussels, the Belgians were able to fill in enough posts with blockers to keep them out, but not in Wallonia.

I have had a meeting with the Belgian President BrunoCND earlier this month, in which I stressed him and Nohjis to contact me if they need any help during the elections. Today, the Belgian government made this contact.
The Belgians have asked the Dutch to conquer Wallonia, in order to keep the PTO’ers out. Taking over Wallonia means that none of the Congress Candidates there can be elected.



What will happen in the coming days?
- With approval of the EDEN HQ, the Netherlands will attack Belgium in Wallonia as soon as the Natural Enemy proposal is accepted. The Belgians will not propose the Netherlands as their Natural Enemy.
- We will take Wallonia and await auto-attack. We want Belgium to keep their Congress Candidates in Flanders and Brussels.
- After Congress is chosen, the Netherlands will take the rest of Belgium. This should be done to end the NE.
- Belgium will start Resistance Wars in order to re-conquer its territories.



What I expect
First of all I expect Congress to accept this approval. Second, the Belgians should inform all of their alliances not to fight for them in the upcoming “war”.
Last, I expect all Dutch and Belgian players to have some fun in the upcoming “war”. It can be considered a Training War, that will better the relationships of our two countries.
I am glad that we have the opportunity to help our southern neighbors and to have a small war at the same time.

Beste burgers,

Zoals jullie hier kunnen zien heb ik België als onze Natural Enemy (“Natuurlijke Vijand”) voorgesteld aan het congres. Op dit moment is het congres op dit voorstel aan het stemmen. Ik zal verklaren waarom dit voorstel is gedaan en waarom alle Congresleden JA moeten stemmen.

Dit voorstel is gedaan in samenwerking met de Belgische President BrunoCND, met hun aTO-coördinator Nohjis en met goedkeuring van het EDEN Hoofdkwartier.



Wat gebeurt er op dit moment?
De Belgische aTO-coördinator Nohjis schreef dit artikel over de huidige situatie. Op dit moment proberen buitenlandse PTO’ers het Belgische congres binnen te komen. In Vlaanderen en Brussel zijn de Belgen erin geslaagd genoeg posities te vullen met blokkers om hen eruit te houden, maar dat geldt niet voor Wallonië.

Ik heb eerder deze maand overleg gehad met de Belgische President BrunoCND, waarin ik hem en Nohjis op het hart heb gedrukt contact met mij op te nemen als ze hulp nodig hadden tijdens de verkiezingen. Vandaag heeft de Belgische regering dat contact gemaakt.

De Belgen hebben Nederland gevraagd Wallonië te veroveren, om de PTO’ers weg te slaan. Wallonië overnemen betekent dat geen van de Congreskandidaten aldaar gekozen kunnen worden.



Wat gebeurt er in de komende dagen?
- Met goedkeuring van het EDEN Hoofdkwartier zullen de Nederlanders België in Wallonië aanvallen zodra het NE-voorstel is aangenomen. De Belgen zullen Nederland niet als hun eigen Natural Enemy voorstellen.
- We zullen Wallonië innemen en de auto-attack afwachten. We willen dat België de rest van de Congreskandidaten in Vlaanderen en Brussel behoudt.
- Nadat het Congres gekozen is, zal Nederland de rest van België innemen. Dit moet gedaan worden om de NE te beëindigen.
- België zal Resistance Wars openen om haar gebieden te heroveren.



Wat ik verwacht
Ten eerste verwacht ik van het Congres dat het dit voorstel goedkeurt. Ten tweede behoren de Belgen al hun bondgenoten ervan te verwittigen niet voor hen te vechten in de aanstaande “oorlog”.
Ten slotte verwacht ik dat alle Nederlandse en Belgische spelers enig plezier beleven aan de aankomende “oorlog”. Het kan als Training War worden beschouwd, wat de relatie tussen onze twee landen zal verbeteren.
Ik ben blij dat we de mogelijkheid hebben om onze zuiderburen te helpen en tegelijkertijd een kleine oorlog te hebben.
