I employ 133 people. market wage 82.50, tax .15%
133*82.50*0.15= 1645.87
I also wam in 140 companies. average wage 41.25, wam tax
140*41.25*0.15= 866.25
total tax I pay daily 2512.12 about 1.8% of all the taxes paid in america daily!
I assume I pay the workers income tax because I have to pay workers more than the other nations so that they work for me instead of foreign companies.
because I am frustrated I pay so much in tax each day. I am going to fire all my workers. and I am going to stop working until I get bored of doing nothing or taxes are reduced.
because game mechanics changed and there is the determination bonus damage if we lose any original states. We do not need a large reserve so we do not need high taxes!

turns out i was paying my employees enough below market wages when i fired them they got market wage jobs, and now the average wage is rising 🙁

oh my you want me to do the math. i produce 220 q7 weps. 27 q1 houses. 1800q6 food and 10200 food raws. i have to pay 133 workers. and spend 1400 energy.
q7 weps, 10.95 VAT 5% 10.40USD per wep take home 2288.55 USD
q1 hosues 394.99 VAT 1% 391.04 USD take home 10558.08
q6 food 0.42 VAT 5% 0.39 USD take home 718.20
fod raws .03 VAT 0% .03USD take home 306
total take home 13870.83 USD
wages cost 133*82=10906 USD
energy for WAM .04 per energy. 56USD
total profit : 13870.83-10906-56 =2908.83USD about ten gold
so if i paid no taxes i would double my profit!
Which is what happens in strong countries IRL as well. e.g. Germany and UK; idk about the USA but they introduced a corporate tax as well 10 years ago, so it wouldn't be much different
