[Game improvements] Remove Political Module

There such much misery during election days in the game than I would prefer to see the political module removed. Or at least remove the congress elections, with presidential ones there is less garbage.

If you insist to keep this misery, maybe you can make the congressman actions more transparent to the peoples. At least you know in the future what did the congressman you gave your vote.
