[Game improvements] Hospitals and the market in conquered countries

I will start with a parenthesis related to new articles category. There are interesting areas; you may consider that you could select more categories for your article. Anyway there is one I will never look in: political debates. So admins, thanks for creating the trash category.

Related to hospitals, I think the current approach is the most bad one, since V1 and V2. Now taking advantage of a hospital is like chasing a piece of ham inside a bunch of hungry dogs (or maybe wolves). What is the benefit of building a hospital when all your allies can use it, even if they fight or not. I would allow the usage of the hospital only if you fight in the round the hospital is available. You can make it available for a finite usages for allies, if they fight for the country which has the hospital. And more important, you can make it available indefinite (with finite usage per user) for all the citizens of the country that holds the region. That way the countries will start to invest in hospitals. Last, I choose the "first steps ..." category for my article because what I say could be an improvement in the future, like some steps in improving the game.

Regarding market I would like to underline a very big unbalance in the countries that are conquered (like we are now, so I will use the Romanian example from now on). Every Romanian citizen can sell its products on the Romanian market but it cannot buy any product unless it is located in a non conquered region. Therefore the offer is much bigger the request. And I don't know why I have the feeling that Plato is buying a lot of products. If you allow all the Romanian citizens to buy products even if they are in a conquered region you could balance the market. If you are asking what is the benefit of the country that conquered another one (lets name it, Hungary), I would say that all the taxes should go in treasury of the country in which the seller is located.

All the best,
silexu
