Tonight is the final night of Chocolate McSkittles' presidency.

I would like to thank him for all of his hard work for this country this month. Choc spent more time than you can imagine working for this country, and achieved a lot domestically and internationally. He also never lost sight of working with the average citizen, writing regular articles and socializing on the forums and IRC (much more than most Presidents in all cases).

I consider Choc to be one of the better Presidents this country has had. It was an honor to serve as his Vice President. I wanted to have some kind of public place for Americans and citizens of the world to thank Choc for all his hard work.
