We should at least re-sign the MPP with Malaysia to get involved in their training war again.
We should also consider signing an MPP with a larger nation to help protect us. Like China.

Regular training wars should be reestablished as soon as possible, I agree.
Training war mpps cost 200 gold since we would have to cover both sides. That's our treasury right there. Then we would have around 50 gold, no more mpps in the near future. My proposal: Work on getting involved in some (training)war, but right now let's see where the Spain-France conflict is heading.
I don't see fights since two days. My choice would be russia, it is phoenix, but they make trainingswars with north Korea AND they are strong enough.
I mean, we should search for a strong country, which opens trainings wars and give us protection.

Keep in mind that Russia would not protect us against any of the more realistic threats. All of the bigger and more aggressive countries around us are in Phoenix. Even if Russia would give us the mpp for 200 gold (I kinda doubt it), they would definitely be on, say, Hungary's side if some day they again decide to invade us for fun (the most realistic threat since we wouldn't even have 24 hour notice). Of course they would stick to their alliance partners and not some country that paid them money.
Agreed, I had said russia has his trainingswar with North Korea. So that Russia isn't a good choice. But Countries like Russia (strong and wanna make trainings wars) are the best for us. And we should improve our relations to phoenix nations. eGermany shouldn't be a big problem. but we need also another strong Country in Phoenix that they can stop Hungary if they wanna assault us.

Saalko wants us to be in PHOENIX that's why he is asking us to sign an MPP with Russia a country who is allied with Hungary whom we still have an open state of war with... Go figure!

a MPP with Malaysia would provide best bang for buck. There are training wars every second day. If we are to increase GDP surely Trainging war would incourage spending & improve our military.
