by this journal, I propose myself as an intermediary business into U.S. market because I bought a license.

I ask in return 1% of the realizable.

I think it's clear, but I will do an example to help understand my proposal.

Mr. X wants to sell into U.S. market a quantity of food q5 (or other items) because he needs dollars or for convenience or other reasons.
Well, I can be your intermediary business!
Then:
1) Mr. X will transfer the amount of food q5 (say 1000 units) in order to sell into U.S. market, specifying the unit price (say 3 USD);
2) After completing sale, when the whole amount has been purchased (according the above assumptions, I suppose net proceeds of $ 2,400). At the same time, I will deduct my gain (ie 1% of $ 2,400) and transfer the remainder.

All this, within the limits of my storage capacity which currently stands at 11,000 units.

con questa nuova uscita propongo attività di business come intermediario fuori dai confini eItaliani e precisamente sul mercato USA, avendo infatto acquistato la relativa licenza di vendere.

In cambio chiedo l'1% del realizzo.

Penso sia chiaro ma porterò un esempio per far comprendere questa mia proposta.

Ipotizziamo che Mister X abbia necessità di vendere sul mercato USA una quantità Y di cibo q5 (o di altra merceologia) perchè magari gli occorrono dollari o perchè magari c'è più convenienza o per altri motivi. Ebbene, io come intermediario mi metto a disposizione. Quindi:
1) Mister X mi trasferirà la quantità di cibo q5 (supponiamo 1000 unità) che intende vendere sul mercato USA indicando il prezzo unitario (supponiamo 3 USD);
2) A vendita conclusa, cioè quando tutta la quantità sarà stata acquistata( per riprendere l'ipotesi di cui sopra, supponiamo un ricavato netto di 2.400 USD)), io donerò a Mister Y il ricavato trattenendo l'1% (cioè 2.376 USD).

Tutto ciò, nei limiti della mia capacità di stoccaggio che attualmente è pari a 11.000 unità.
