Voted. Its an eRomanian "invention" to rob countries and puppet them, therefore there's no hope of fixing this "feature". Some countries must be TO-ed just to prevent the TO of another nation like eRomania. So there are positive and negative TOs.
But the Chech are not like that so its a stupid plan anyway.
I do suggest you to urge the admins to eliminate this problem
In eRepublic should be a citizenship.
