After a coordinated attack by eCroatia,eItaly and eSwitzerland,eSlovenia got wiped.
On 22 Dec 2013 19:20:10 they were totally wiped ,when eCroatia conquered their last region (Inner Carniola)
After a successfull resistance war,eSlovenia liberated Styria and Carinthia on 23 Dec 2013 06:20:05
So they had no region from 22 Dec 2013 19:20:10 to 23 Dec 2013 06:20:05
According to Erepublik wiki
A country will have a congress election if they have at least a region on every month on 23rd 02:00 and 25th 00:00 and 26th 06:00
On 23rd 02:00 eSlovenia had no regions:
And then miracle happens:

They will solve it after Slovenia get congress. They like to do things very slowly. Like with Poland - France determination case, which was solved after crucial battle.

This happened in Ireland once. We actually got to vote on candidates and everything (bk when u voted for a player instead of a party) after the election it just didn't tabulate and we'd no Congress
