Hermanos(as), Compañeros(as), Camaradas y Amigos(as):

Uno de los efectos más visibles de la reducción en el número de jugadores activos de nuestra Comunidad, se manifiesta en el interés y la disponibilidad de los e-chilenos para integrarse a las labores del Gobierno.

Durante este año, se han generado varios momentos en los cuales los Partidos e-Políticos que aún se mantienen en funcionamiento, han procurado configurar equipos amplios, por sobre la militancia o la pertenencia a una Unidad Militar en específico.

Esta tendencia se ha incrementado durante el último trimestre, llevándonos al punto en que el actual Gobierno, y posiblemente los que vendrán, se caracterizarán por su integración transversal y multipartidista, buscando como objetivo incorporar a los más capaces y que manifiesten disponer de mayor interés y tiempo para participar del juego.



Con esta finalidad, hemos decidido abrir esta convocatoria para todos(as) los(as) e-chilenos(as) que tengan el propósito y la disposición para incorporarse al Gobierno de su e-país.

Para integrarse al trabajo gubernamental, hemos definido dos opciones generales:

1) Jugadores con experiencia en materias de Defensa, Relaciones Exteriores y/o Interior (Economía, Educación y Comunicaciones), que estén en condiciones de integrarse de inmediato a ejercer labores en el Gobierno;

2) Jugadores sin experiencia en estas materias, que tengan la voluntad de aprender para ejercer roles de liderazgo en el mediano plazo.

Para quienes se encuentren en una u otra situación, les pedimos comunicarse por la vía del mensaje personal ingame con Voncan City, Vicepresidente de eChile, o con quien suscribe, expresando su deseo explícito de ser parte del proceso de gobernar. Es el momento de participar y de hacer realidad la aspiración que éste y los próximos Gobiernos sean efectivamente de todos(as) los(as) e-chilenos(as).

Brothers, Comrades and Friends:

One of the most visible effects of the reduction in the number of active players in our Community is manifested in the interest and availability of e-Chileans to join the work of the Government.

During this year, several moments have been generated in which the e-Political Parties that still remain in operation, have tried to configure wide teams, by above the militancy or the membership to a specific Military Unit.

This tendency has increased during the last quarter, taking us to the point in that the present Government, and possibly those that will come, will be characterized by their transversal and multiparty integration, looking for as aim at incorporating the most capable and manifesting to have greater interest and time to participate in the game.



To this end, we have decided to open this call for all e-Chileans who have the purpose and the disposition to join the Government of their e-country.

To integrate into government work, we have defined two general options:

1) Players with experience in Defense, Foreign Affairs and / or Interior (Economy, Education and Communications), who are capable to integrate immediately to work in the Government;

2) Players without experience in these matters, who are willing to learn to play leadership roles in the medium term.

For those in one situation or another, we ask you to communicate through the personal message ingame with Voncan City, Vice President of eChile, or with whom subscrib this message, expressing your explicit desire to be part of the governance process. It is the moment to participate and to realize the aspiration that this and the next governments are effectively of all the e-Chileans.
