[ADF] new marshal

Hello Eaustralia,
I am the minister of defence. As you may be aware Majester is the current Marshal for the ADF. Unfortunately Majester is having difficulty with network problems, and agrees that it would be unfair to continue on as ADF marshal.

Because of this I am here to announce the new ADF Marshal Claire Louise! As most of you will know Claire has been marshal before and brought activity and fun to the MU. She will no doubt kick start the ADF again. We wish Majester all the best and hope that his network problems are resolved so he can get back to playing the game. Majester will stay on as deputy Marshall. Claire will remain as co director of the JDS as well.
